• Design and deliver Digital AI solutions Generative AI, RPA automations, Power Apps, and chatbot technologies.
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps, RPA, chatbots, and Generative AI technologies (including Microsoft Azure Open AI Services, LLM, and NLP) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
• Conduct testing and validation of Digital AI solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to deployed Digital AI solutions.
• Stay current with the latest Digital AI technologies, features, and capabilities, and provide recommendations for their use.
