Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description The Digital Analyst supports the Asia SPGC program by managing project data, digital systems, reporting dashboards, and analytics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, portfolio visibility, performance insights, and digital process enablement across all small projects in the region. Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management & Reporting Collect, validate, and maintain project data from Smartsheet, finance systems, and other sources. Create and manage Power BI dashboards for real‑time project visibility. Ensure accurate monthly reporting on progress, risks, financials, KPIs, and safety metrics. Perform regular data quality checks and ensure data governance. 2. Project Performance & Finance Tracking Track progress against milestones, timelines, and capital spend. Maintain WBS, PO, commitments, and spending data. Validate savings, identify anomalies, and support variance analysis. Maintain archive sheets and historical project performance data. 3. Digital Process Enablement Drive automation of workflows, reminders, data ingestion, and reporting processes. Develop digital templates for schedules, risk registers, and reporting forms. Support digital transformation initiatives across the SPGC program. 4. Risk, Safety & Issue Management Maintain risk databases and support analytics such as risk matrices and risk scoring. Extract and cross‑validate safety data (e.g., from Highwire). Track risk trends and support project teams in mitigation insights. 5. Supplier & Contractor Performance Track and update SRC scores for suppliers and project partners. Analyze supplier performance based on cost, volume, and project load. Coordinate with Procurement and PMs to ensure data accuracy. 6. Dashboard Ownership & Analytics Update dashboards, troubleshoot errors, and enhance data models. Create new KPIs and insights based on stakeholder needs. Provide user support for dashboards, reports, and digital tools. 7. BIM 360 / ACC Administration Support project folder setup, permissions, and documentation structures. Facilitate transition toward a single source of truth in ACC. Build data integrations between ACC and Power BI. 8. Audit & Compliance Support Maintain audit findings database and digital workflows. Automate reminders and escalation steps. Support reporting and compliance documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Construction Technology, Information Systems, or related fields. Strong experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, ETL processes, and data analytics tools. Ability to analyze large datasets and produce actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in the built environment / construction industry. Knowledge of BIM360/ACC, data governance, and automation tools. Experience supporting PMs, finance, procurement, or EHS data streams.
