KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Analytical & Technical Expertise : 5+ years in BI/Analytics roles with advanced skills in Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, and either SQL or Python; experience in data extraction, integration, and identifying insights from complex datasets.
  • Data Visualisation & UX/UI : Proven ability to create enterprise-level, reusable dashboards incorporating UX/UI principles to enhance user understanding and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication : Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and with external partners in Agile environments.
  • Project & Time Management : Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Digital Analyst to join our Data & Digital Office Department, based at our Baker Street HQ

ROLE:

The role sits within the Business Intelligence function and will require someone who has strong data visualisation experience and in depth understanding of data analysis to analyse and build compelling dashboards that enable the business to quickly digest our client digital behaviour. You will have the tenacity to see through complex problems as well as the vision and spontaneity to contribute new ideas that gain traction within the team. Coming up with new ideas is actively encouraged.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To work with the business to understand what digital products insights they need and propose the solution
  • Develop a suite of data visualisation dashboards to present the data in an engaging and interactive way
  • To fully understand the customer, customer’s digital journey and the market
  • To conduct in depth data discovery and analysis on a multitude of complex datasets (e.g. GA4/ Big Query) and identify insights opportunities within the data
  • To drive our web tagging strategy working closely with the Digital teams
  • Review multiple existing reports and consolidate them into a manageable dashboard
  • To be able to work with a degree of independence
  • To work with other members of the BI team on Agile projects and selected partners (consultancies)
  • To be able to advise other business areas on best practice regarding data analysis, data insights and visualisation
