The Digital Analytics Specialist is an integral member of MoreVisibility’s Analytics team, providing essential support for client engagements. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Analytics, this role emphasizes data accuracy, insights generation, and the use of emerging AI-driven analytics tools.
DIGITAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST JOB REQUIREMENTS
2-3+ years of experience with web analytics tools (GA4 and Google Tag Manager preferred).
Skills in dashboarding and data visualization, particularly using Looker Studio.
Understanding of website analysis methodologies and digital marketing principles.
Interest or basic familiarity with AI and automation technologies related to digital marketing analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
DIGITAL ANALYTICS SPECIALIST PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Experience or coursework involving SQL or Python.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) or other marketing automation tools.
Exposure or interest in predictive modeling, attribution modeling, and AI-supported analytics.
Implement and support Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups based on client needs.
Conduct detailed website analysis, identifying insights that improve marketing effectiveness.
Regularly audit analytics setups, performing QA to ensure data accuracy.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards primarily using Looker Studio.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal strategists and external clients, presenting data-driven insights.
Support internal documentation and the creation of standardized processes for analytics.
Participate in training sessions to remain up to date with analytics best practices and emerging AI-driven technologies.
Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and Technical SEO teams to unify client reporting.
Assist with evaluating and deploying new AI and automation tools for reporting and analysis.
Help drive the company’s revenue across all service areas, while aiding in support and services for existing clients relying on our efforts in this department too. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for website improvement, expansion of ad campaigns or justification of renewal. Assist in the documentation or materials needed to close sale (led by Services or Sales team member).
