About the Role
This role, reporting to the Head of Marketing is pivotal in delivering strategies from the insight led and data driven marketing plan to maximise short, medium- and long-term brand equity, market share, sales efforts and profitability. The role will coordinate the business communications tools, including web, email marketing platform and SEM tools.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Responsibilities and Duties

Planning

  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop the Strategic Advanta Marketing Activity plan to coordinate the program’s digital environments, including the program’s website, Google Ads account, email marketing platform, and other digital communication tools as required.
  • Ensure plans are on timely, within budget, and have a consistent look, feel and voice across all marketing channels.
  • Identify digital trends and factors that can be utilised to improve the performance of the program’s digital communications and marketing platforms.

Website

  • Administer the Advanta’s website, ensuring the platform is fit for purpose, issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, and opportunities for continuous improvement are pursued in a cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with the web agency by managing day-to-day communications.
  • Manage and implement WordPress Content Management System for the Advanta website – create new products, new pages, new navigation, imagery updates, blogs and more.
  • Oversee the support and maintenance program.
  • Oversee website development projects.
  • Monitor and improve web accessibility and functionality

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of SEM campaigns, including Google Ads advertising.
  • Ensure all SEM activities are carried out in accordance with the program’s brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to develop a strong working relationship.

Other Marketing Activities

  • Manage and create all marketing design and online assets and content required for marketing activity from the Marketing Action Plan including but not limited to the Advanta website, product launches, E-Marketing, Social Media imagery, printed collateral, photography, video content and more.
  • Manage and develop EDMs from HubSpot templates. Management of CRM and List segmentation
  • Public Relations experience in the future - press releases and managing Press Loft
  • Content creation - inhouse factory photos, inhouse videos - mobile phone content creation
  • Product photography coordination
  • Develop internal comms - Rolling Castor Bimonthly

Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of performance and audience engagement across relevant digital platforms.
  • Prepare reports as requested and provide input into the program’s broader monitoring and evaluation framework, systems and processes.
  • Report on all digital marketing activity and ROI

Teamwork

  • Develop and maintain proactive and productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • External stakeholders include digital agency, web development team, graphic designer, creative agency, photographers, videographers, printers, 3D rendering and content creators.
  • Communicate information as appropriate with relevant team members.
  • Provide support to the Sales team – both via the development of support collateral and customer nurture journeys.
  • Work closely with Product Design lead on the updating of website and imagery when product improvements are made.
  • General event support and coordination when required.
  • Working closely with design lead to ensure fabric swatches, colour chips are prepared for sales and customer care request.
  • Product launch implementation assistance
  • Participate in team activities and meetings demonstrating respect and consideration for individual experience and expertise.
  • Engage in continuous learning and contribute positively to a collaborative and respectful working environment aligned with the culture and values of Advanta.

About You

  • Minimum 5 years marketing related experience, ideally within B2B
  • Demonstrated experience in positioning a brand for advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital asset and print asset creation. Graphic design skills including but not limited to – InDesign and Photoshop, eMarketing template building.
  • Experienced in business software platforms – CRM (Hubspot), Website CMS (WordPress), Pipedrive
  • Experienced in social media asset development and management.
  • Experience managing external agencies e.g. Web developers, Photographers
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), along with superior attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and can – do attitude.
