We seek a creative and passionate Digital and Graphic Design Professional to amplify our mission through compelling visual and digital content across our website, mobile app, and social media platforms.

JOB SUMMARY

The Digital and Graphic Design Professional will create and manage engaging digital content and visually appealing graphics to enhance the parish’s online presence and community outreach. This role collaborates with the pastoral team to promote events, ministries, and the Church’s mission while ensuring a cohesive brand identity and user-friendly digital experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience in video editing and multimedia content creation (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Practicing Catholic with an understanding of Catholic faith, traditions, and values (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with website management, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and church management software (e.g., ParishStaq, Pushpay) is a plus.
    Wage Range
    The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs
