Description
Responsible for digital layer integration and ensure that alarms, incidents, changes & technical complaints/reconciliations are been followed and addressed as per agreed processes and SLA Responsible for operation activities of Corporate Applications Ensure all customer complaints tickets/calls resolution according to the agreed SLA. Manage and guarantee system performance and availability according to target KPIs. Key accountabilities and decision ownership Monitor production systems and services to ensure SLAs and other quality metrics are being met. Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets/calls Troubleshooting application errors and performance tuning, create proactive /preventive maintenance proposals Work with other technical staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems Work with vendors/partners to resolve complex problems Provide technical support and problem resolution for applications and operating systems Release deployment execution and integrated planning Assist in testing phase on selected projects. Experience handling IT service operations for Telco charging, ERP, CRM Solutions, BI etc. Extensive experience in handling customer complaints, system incident and problem management processes. Good knowledge of Linux, Java, MySQL, Mongo , Postgres. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OpenStack etc) Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering, or IT Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
