Job Description We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset & BIM Manager to lead digital delivery, information management, and BIM implementation across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme. Key Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, or information management on major design and or construction projects Minimum 5 years experience in railway projects Proven experience in PMC projects Proven experience developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflows Strong knowledge of digital asset management, data governance, and common data environments Must have held a similar Digital Asset, BIM Manager, or equivalent leadership role on at least one comparable project Experience on technically complex, large scale infrastructure programmes is highly desirable Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is a strong advantage Key Responsibilities Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across the programme lifecycle Establish and manage the Common Data Environment and information management processes Oversee model coordination, data integration, and digital asset requirements Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and client requirements Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders on digital workflows Support handover of accurate as built models and asset information Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred) Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
