WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Thanks to your educational background with a BA or MA in marketing or a related field, you bring a solid foundation to this role. With over 5 years of working experience, you have developed strong project management capabilities and have honed your skills in marketing. Knowledge in digital asset management and content optimization will be an added advantage in this position. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complexities in a fast-paced environment and proven capabilities to successfully manage relationships with several stakeholders are essential for success.
You will leverage your strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to collaborate effectively with various teams. Superior oral and written communication skills in English will be essential for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders. Flexibility for travel is also important, as you may need to engage with teams and clients in different locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is necessary for daily tasks and project management. Fluent English is required, and additional language skills will be a plus, enhancing your ability to communicate in a diverse, global environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a DAM (Digital Asset Management) Regions Coordination Manager to ensure DAM local harmonized adoption and maintenance over the time, in coherence with Group standards and Local needs acting as facilitator to match central and local instances.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thanks to your experience, you will support the Digital Asset Manager in coordinating DAM activities across different regions. You will ensure regular communication and alignment with DAM local business references, acting as the point of contact for the Group DAM solution in various geographies. You will collect and manage business requirement from local teams, propose harmonized solutions, and coordinate their implementation. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining, based on feedbacks from regions. Monitoring relevant KPIs with specific focus on regions’ adoption and performances, ensuring proper asset usage, and maintaining system integrity will also be part of your role.
You will develop project operating plans for DAM regions’ activation, outlining activities, timelines, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables. Regular discussions with the project leader will keep plans updated and on track. You will cascade these plans to regional stream leaders and coordinate the project streams to ensure correct implementation. Facilitating the transition from project to process, you will support the transfer of best practices among teams and involve subject matter experts as needed. Given the significant discontinuity and the worldwide scope, a specific support on change management activities is also required.
You will report directly to the Group Digital Asset Manager and work closely with various departments, including Regions, Marketing, Digital, IT, Media, Legal and Institutional Affairs. Additionally, you will coordinate with key external partners such as software providers and creative agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on projects.
