Pure Harvest is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on NetSuite Functional Expert to manage the day-to-day operations of our ERP platform and also provide IT support to internal users. The ideal candidate will support business users across departments, especially in the areas of Advanced Manufacturing and Warehouse Management (WMS), while also addressing basic IT troubleshooting and access needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a NetSuite functional role
• Experience working with Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, and Inventory modules
• Familiarity with NetSuite customization: saved searches, forms, dashboards, workflows
• Experience providing L1 internal IT support in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with business users
