Demonstrates proficiency in project management concepts and Key Project management tools within the ERP/ Applications such as SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Salesforce etc, including managing project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection. Demonstrates the ability to create proposals and manage pursuits, utilising negotiation skills to craft persuasive, value-driven business cases and secure successful proposal outcomes. Demonstrates proven ability as a team lead, including establishing direction, motivating members, creating trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation. Demonstrates understanding of organization change workstream associated with ERP implementations. Demonstrates strong communication skills across written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation formats for all levels of industry audiences, clients, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrates proficiency in Independence concepts and the ability to execute the various risk management steps and documents during the planning phase. Demonstrates ability to identify and address client needs, including developing client relationships, identifying new service opportunities and preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials. Good to have: Understanding of financial risk management, operational risk management, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) and Microsoft suite tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in managing custom software develop or implementation or ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc) programs/projects involving process improvement, system implementation, and/or PMO effectiveness. Accounting experience and consulting experience. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Education/Qualification Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems or equivalent, or a business-related field.
