The Opportunity
As a Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) Data Associate you will engage in solution development, data analysis, and business process improvement to support client engagements. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role, you will work within the Audit and Assurance group, focusing on data, analytics, and technology solutions. You will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in at least one of the following field(s) of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, or Computer Programming
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
