Streamline repetitive processes across departments, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Manage CRM: Maintain and enhance Monday.com CRM workflows to meet organisational needs. Integrate the CRM with other software and tools to ensure seamless data flow. Integrate API: Develop and manage API integrations between various software platforms to facilitate automation. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise. Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimise cloud-based infrastructure using AWS or equivalent platforms. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud-based systems. Administrate Systems: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems relevant to automation and operations. Evaluate and recommend new software or platforms to enhance digital operations. Collaborate and Support: Work closely with various departments to identify automation opportunities. Provide training and documentation for internal teams on new automation workflows and tools. Monitor and Optimise: Continuously monitor the performance of automation systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain system uptime and ensure quick resolution of any automation-related issues. Responsibilities
As a Digital Automation Specialist, you will design and implement automation workflows to streamline processes across departments. You will also manage CRM workflows and develop API integrations to facilitate automation and ensure system reliability.
