SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in as we’re a small team working in a busy and varied environment.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
· Proactive self-starter, who is organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and deadline focused.
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
· Good understanding of digital marketing principles including PPC advertising and SEO.
· Strong Adobe and Canva skills.
· Good knowledge of website content management systems, WordPress desirable
· Good knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms, HubSpot desirable
· Results and data focused, comfortable with reporting and Google Analytics
· Comfort with learning new technologies and platforms.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

You will be responsible for supporting digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads for all the services Innovus offers. You will report into the Digital Marketing Manager and work within a small but highly dedicated team of experienced, friendly marketing professionals who are passionate about supporting the company’s ambitious goals. The role will be perfect for someone looking to progress their career as we are fully supportive of encouraging the development of our people and promoting from within.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the digital marketing plans across our brand websites, SEO and emails as well as paid channels like PPC and social media.
· Assist with website content and design updates.
· Help in the creation of diverse multimedia content including whitepapers, videos and infographics.
· Support the implementation and management of paid search and paid social including creating ad copy and building landing pages.
· Contribute to SEO optimisation strategies and implementation.
· Assist with creating and sending email marketing campaigns and workflows on HubSpot CRM.
· Help maintain customer data and engagement through HubSpot CRM.
· Help monitor and analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
· Respond to reviews on Trustpilot and set up Google across all our locations.
· Own the marketing mailbox and marketing page on the internal colleague platform.
· Stay informed about digital marketing trends and developments.
· Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for marketing improvements.
