POSITION SUMMARY

Credit One Bank is looking for a Product Owner who will support the bank’s core banking platform and banker console. This role requires the ability to master product details and synthesize data into a coherent product roadmap. Success in this role leads to a Product Manager role with broader responsibility.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Develop deep expertise in the functional and technical capabilities as well as limitations of the bank’s digital platforms.
• Serve as the go-to person for assigned digital platforms with internal project teams and external vendor partners.
• Assist with business requirements and product roadmap.
• Think critically about ecosystem components and work to achieve a coherent architecture.
• Fully exploit the configuration options of the core banking platform.
• Ensure prompt completion and accuracy of team projects through prioritization and project management.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with digital bank business colleagues, technology, UX, compliance, acquisition and vendor partners.
• Show initiative in spotting gaps, inconsistencies, errors and areas for enhancement platform functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science
• 3 – 5 years in a product or technology role in a large complex environment.
• At least 3 years of agile software lifecycle experience.
• Superior mastery of product details.
• Familiarity with management of cloud-based apps and APIs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
