This position is responsible for: Provide operational support of Wire Transfers Creates, verifies, issues and receives wire and fund transfers for processing Perform daily call back and account reconciliation activities Monitor the status of wire and fund transfers Investigate and researches disputes, suspicious or fraudulent activity for Wires, ACH, Debit Cards and Mobile Deposits while acting in accordance with state and federal regulations Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence; participates in special department projects, provide ongoing customer support for various bank products and services Provide Operational support for debit cards, mobile deposits and ACH Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling of transactions and nonpublic personally identifiable information.
