You are a passionate designer with strong interests and capabilities in graphic design, branding and online campaigns. You're hands on and you can be solely responsible for working on and conceiving creative design solutions. You are positive, proactive and feel at home in a fast growing and motivated team environment. Good graphical design portfolio with focus on brand design and online campaign direction & production. Ability to create engaging graphic content for high profile brands. Brand asset creation of online campaigns. Proven ability to produce design works from concept to delivery. You have an eye for digital design, typography and color. Knowledge of Video and Motion Design is a plus. Motivation to manage your own projects and work with passion for details. Extensive online expertise. You are able to craft and develop captivating and engaging layouts and compositions. Proficiency in utilizing Figma & Sketch. Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. You can provide strategic direction and mentorship in all facets of design, from conceptualization to comprehensive brand evolution, encompassing campaigns and dynamic motion graphics. Attention to detail and a keen awareness of emerging trend. Adept at pushing boundaries while upholding brand integrity. You're great at staying organized and communicating effectively, smoothly juggling multiple projects with ease and clarity. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements.
