POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Freelance Social Media & Brand Engagement Specialist—either an individual consultant or a marketing agency—to enhance our organic digital presence, grow our audience, and engage key industry professionals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven organic social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, promotes thought leadership, and increases engagement within the tech, AI, and data analytics industries.
This is a part-time contract role (estimated 10–15 hours per week) with a monthly retainer, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and HR.
Note: This role is specifically for candidates based in the USA or Latin America due to our company’s timezone, work schedule, and team collaboration. Resumes must be in English - applications with non-English resumes will not be considered.

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or PR, ideally in the tech, AI, or data analytics industry
✔ Strong expertise in managing LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube for brand growth
✔ Excellent content creation skills (writing, design, and light video editing)
✔ Experience with influencer outreach & media partnerships
✔ Ability to analyze performance data and refine strategies accordingly
✔ Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

➕ Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or AI-driven industries
➕ Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
➕ Understanding of SEO principles for social media optimization
