JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a wellness startup looking to add a Digital Manager to their growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital programs, focusing on paid media.
• Manage campaign calendars.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of all paid channels (i.e Meta, Google, etc).
• Manage digital marketing spend.
• Manage all performance reporting.
• Continuously monitor and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels to improve performance, increase ROI, and achieve goals, leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3+ years of Paid Media experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
