What you will do We are looking for a Digital Brand Manager who will coordinate execution and evolution of the consumer European brand strategy, ensuring that brand messages are built to perform in a contemporary, digital and media-driven ecosystem. You will be part of the Haier Brand Platform within the European Headquarter, responsible for managing brands, events, sponsorships and content production. This role is not about adapting a traditional brand idea to digital. It is about shaping brand thinking so that concepts are born digital-first, media-smart, insight-driven, and scalable across channels. Key responsibilities Ensure the deployment of a Brand strategy that is consistent, consumer relevant, and effective, across Local Markets and Product Lines. Translate brand strategy into creative concepts that work natively in digital mktg environments to support familiarity, consideration and sell-out, in partnership with our Chinese HQ. Lead production of Brand and cross category digital-first assets (web, social, customer journey, paid media formats, content ecosystems) to ensure coherence between concept, brand image, media deployment, and execution. Manage planning, creative process and execution, from concept to delivery, leading also the Shooting Coordinator. Partner with internal teams to ensure integrated and seamless brand execution on all touchpoints: Customer Insights Team for consumers and market Insight, Digital Experience Platform to provide Brand content for Websites, Syndication and CRM, Sponsorship Team to shape joint communication content, Product Lines, our Global HQ base in China. Lead Creative Agencies Plan content production answering to local markets Media Planning and Strategy, acting also a collector of their media plans, in order to invest only in necessary content. The role is not requiring media buying that is managed by local markets. Use data, insights, and performance metrics (including ROI) to optimize brand impact and content effectiveness. Contribute to evolving brand culture toward a contemporary, digital-savvy, and data-informed mindset. What you need to succeed Must have Media and Digital Media planning deep understanding (either from corporate, agency, or consultancy background – previous experience in media agency is appreciated). Direct buying, performance buying and self-service platforms management is not required by this position Digital first approach and culture, deep understanding of digital channels and passionate about innovation; Hands-on experience with digital formats, content production, and campaign execution, leading and coordinating multiple agencies and partners Education: University degree Professional experience Consolidated experience in Brand Management/ Marketing Management roles with primary focus on digital content execution, proven ability to build brand concepts that perform across digital and media; Previous experience in managing and growing junior resources (not interns) Language: Italian & Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory for the position.
