Experience:

  • Three years of experience in financial services, ideally within a credit union, retail banking, or fintech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and documentation (e.g., BRDs, FRDs).
  • Exposure to the full project lifecycle, especially in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
  • Experience with digital platforms such as online account opening, loan origination systems, or member-facing applications.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI dashboards

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information technology, or communications or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities
  • (35%) Reviewing release notes to determine impact to organization for readiness and change management; creating requirements from new ideas, features, and services for development and/or implementation of these new services and/or features. Documentation may include functional requirements, procedures, product briefs, testing documentation, and project plans/updates for developers and project stakeholders. Acting as the Digital Platforms implementations liaison for assigned SDK projects; collaborating with Digital leadership for guidance as needed.
  • (25%) Collaborating with business units to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones, digital services functionality and design, strategic alignment, and user acceptance testing
  • (20%) Supporting interactions with third-party vendors to communicate requirements and project timelines, as well as tracking deliverables and issue resolution while seeking escalation as necessary with guidance from Digital leadership
  • (20%) Performing quality assurance support by assisting in test case creation, performing functional testing for SDK projects, and compiling test results from cross-functional testing teams
