partner with the client’s business teams to elicit citizen/business needs through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys and develop the appropriate business case
work with the client’s project teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
ensure system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations
analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations & Maintenance phase)
shape and improve the product development process by identifying gaps, driving best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
be ultimately accountable for delivering meaningful outcomes and public value through the product squad’s work.
