Job Title: Sr. Digital Business Analyst
Location: Lister Hospital, Coreys Mill Lane, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 4AB & Mount Vernon Hospital, Northwood, HA6 2RN
Trust: East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust
Job Type/Shift Patterns: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week. (Hybrid: 1-2 Days onsite and rest days working from home)
Pay Rate: £ + Holiday Pay

JOB SUMMARY:

  • As a minimum you must bring with you strong experience as an IT Business Analyst (with As-is To-be process mapping experience).
  • This role is for a Cancer Management Solution bonus points for a Business Analyst who has previous Cancer pathway mapping experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable experience in Stakeholder Management covering both Project and Operational Activity.
  • Demonstrable ability to identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a programme of business change and manage complex and multiple interdependencies in support of specific business strategies within a clinical IT environment to the successful achievement of planned business benefits.
  • Demonstrable experience of involvement in the creation of IT Strategic Direction and roadmap.
  • Proven experience with Change Manager, Risk Management, analytical and judgement skills along with working knowledge of BA processes, incident management, version control and test documentation.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience working with Business Analyst (BA) systems.
  • Experience in an NHS setting is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Cancer Pathways, including process mapping.
  • Ability to analyse and document “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes.
