Role Overview
The Digital Business Executive will play a key role in assisting clients with company formation, licensing, and corporate services, while also supporting digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine knowledge of business setup with skills in digital marketing, online business, and emerging technologies such as Web3 and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective clients.
Assist clients with business setup requirements, including documentation, approvals, and registration.
Provide guidance on UAE company structures, licensing options, and compliance requirements.
Support clients who are launching digital businesses in areas like e-commerce, Web3, AI, and online entrepreneurship.
Assist with digital marketing activities (social media, content, campaigns) to promote EdexDubai services.
Coordinate with free zones, government departments, and other authorities to process applications.
Maintain client records and ensure smooth onboarding through CRM and digital platforms.
Prepare proposals and presentations for clients and support the sales/business development team.
Stay updated on UAE business regulations, free zone policies, and emerging opportunities in digital business and technology.
Deliver a professional client experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in corporate services, business setup, or digital business (fresh graduates with strong skills may also be considered).
Knowledge of digital marketing, online business models, Web3, and AI.
Familiarity with UAE company setup procedures and free zones (preferred, training will be provided).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (CRM, social media, online platforms).
