This role is perfect for someone who excels at optimizing processes and creating insightful dashboards to report on those processes. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to optimize their current process and ensure seamless integration of business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support our digital workflow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Perform Business Process Mapping to understand, analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity,
  • Implementation Support: Lead and support the implementation of new processes to support business objectives. Develop processes and dashboards for marketing, sales, onboarding, electronic outreach, and many other processes. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Dashboards: Create and maintain accessible dashboards for production reporting on key processes to ensure transparency and accessibility of process data across the organization.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, providing ongoing support to ensure effective use of systems and processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital process optimization and dashboard and data visualization tools.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
