The Position
As a Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving successful digital campaign content creation projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of digital campaign content by coordinating with various stakeholders and aligning with project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, with a willingness to learn new ones.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the affiliate or global digital campaign content creation and delivery process, ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation to final implementation while maintaining delivery standards.
  • Work closely with affiliate business teams, brand teams, third-party vendors, and campaign coordinators to meet project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders, revise content requests as needed, and ensure alignment with their expectations.
  • Educate stakeholders on new processes or requirements to enhance efficiency in digital campaign management.
  • Assist Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Coordinators in client communications related to service offerings, change management, and overall communication.
