Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Campaign Manager to lead our online marketing efforts for one of our biggest clients on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend for an additional 6 months. The successful candidate must be fluent in German and will be responsible for managing our website, search marketing (SEO/SEM), and email campaigns. You will play a key role in driving acquisition, engagement, and traffic improvements through data-driven strategies and A/B testing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead website management, search marketing (SEO/SEM), and email marketing initiatives.
  • Manage web analytics reporting and measurement for the R4S content site. Create dashboards to measure channel and program effectiveness. Maintain a testing culture and execute A/B tests to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and execute website tests to improve acquisition, engagement, and traffic.
  • Regularly audit web analytics implementation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address issues and implement new tracking capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of the search landscape to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings and channel insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Adapt website copy to improve performance and engagement
  • Oversee email nurture programs. Work with internal teams to build nurture emails across the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage email campaigns and upload campaigns.
  • Support on ad hoc marketing initiatives as required
