JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for a Digital Campaigns & Content Specialist to join our dynamic Growth Team in Athens. In this role, you will focus on creating and executing campaigns across multiple digital channels while developing engaging content for our telco strategic partner’s online booking services. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on content creation, campaign management, and analytics, and wants to grow their skills across both marketing and creative execution. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Revenue and will be responsible for: Creating and updating website content, landing pages, banners, newsletters, and SMS campaigns Executing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Display channels, and remarketing initiatives Collaborating with internal teams and the CRM team of our telco partner on acquisition initiatives Monitoring campaign performance, prepare basic reports and insights (CTR, impressions, conversions) Ensuring all campaigns and content align with user experience and brand guidelines Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and campaign optimization principles Experience in marketing technology tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Canva) High level of discipline, ownership and a strong sense of responsibility Team player willing to foster team collaboration and growth of team members Basic understanding of Agile project management methodologies We offer a unique blend of past experience, reputable clients, willingness to make the world better, and an amazing working environment, as well as: A competitive salary package matching candidate’s skills and experience Career development opportunities and budget for professional growth Flexibility in remote working (a mix of remote and on-site schedule) Benefits including private health insurance
