DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS EXECUTIVE

An exciting opportunity has arisen at RL Commercial. Rugby League Commercial manages all commercial aspects of UK Rugby League, including the Betfred Men’s and Women’s Super League, the Challenge Cup and the England national teams (men, women and wheelchair). We are seeking to appoint a Digital Campaigns Executive to take responsibility for assisting the Head of Digital and Head of CRM in engaging with the Rugby League audience across RL Commercial’s digital platforms including – but not limited to – Customer Engagement Platform (CEP)[CP1] , Our League app and SuperLeague+.
RL Commercial are currently recruiting for a Digital Campaigns Executive

KEY SKILL

· Experience of using a CMS for publishing, updating and creating web content.
· A knowledge of the world of digital, social media and CRM.
· Passion for new media, technology and a demonstrated ability to understand the online space and the content opportunities within it.
· Experience of using Data and Fan Engagement platforms.
· Knowledge of Rugby League and/or Sport

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Support the Head of Digital with day-to-day management of the Our League app.
· Work closely with the Head of Digital and Head of CRM to execute RL Commercial’s push notification strategy across owned platforms.
· Support the Head of CRM and RL Commercial Marketing Team in planning, building and deploying fan communications across EMail, SMS and App Messaging.
· Regularly use Riddle to create engaging content which can sit across all owned digital platforms.
· Support the wider Digital team to execute web and social content for International and Domestic rugby league; will include some weekend working.
· Liaise with loyalty partners Rewards4 and increase the awareness of the partnership to the Rugby League audience.
· Lead on marketing of the Super League Fantasy and Predictor games across owned platforms.
