Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in educational technology, learning engineering, instructional design, or a related field. ● Minimum of 3 years' experience as a learning management system (LMS) administrator or equivalent experience. ● Familiarity with course design processes and development. ● Strong data analysis skills within a learning environment. ● Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. ● Experience managing user roles, permissions, course uploads, and user support within LMS platforms. ● Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. ● Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Experience with industry standards such as SCORM, XAPI, and Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI). ● Basic proficiency in Articulate360 or similar eLearning authoring tools to support Tier 1 learning module development.
