The role The key focus of this role is delivering the agreed project scope to transition UniSuper’s digital channels from legacy technology to Sitecore XM Cloud. You will define requirements, prioritise delivery activities and support change to ensure value is delivered incrementally while managing risk. You will: • Define requirements and translate existing experiences into Sitecore XM Cloud specifications • Maintain and prioritise the backlog based on business value and technical dependencies • Collaborate with development teams to recreate current user experiences on the new platform • Conduct user acceptance testing to validate functionality and performance • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress across business and technical teams • Promote the new platform across the digital team to create excitement and drive adoption of the new capabilities • Coordinate go live activities, documentation and post launch support About you You bring a practical, delivery focused mindset and enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology and customer experience. You will bring: • Proven experience delivering digital projects, ideally within agile or scrum environments • A data driven approach, with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to break work into manageable, value focused increments • Clear influencing, storytelling and communication skills across technical and non technical stakeholders • Experience working with tools such as Jira to manage epics and stories • Background in financial services or superannuation, and experience partnering with Legal, Compliance or Product teams What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
