Your New Role We are looking for a Digital Channels Manager to develop and optimize our client’s digital ecosystem—from the customer portal to other digital touchpoints—ensuring a seamless, engaging, and revenue-generating experience for their customers. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business development, product teams, UX experts, and commercial teams. You will drive customer adoption, create measurable value, and directly contribute to revenue growth within digital services. As Digital Channels Manager, you will: Lead Digital Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a digital strategy aligned with business objectives, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to enhance customer experience. Optimize Digital Channels: Oversee the customer portal and other digital touchpoints to ensure intuitive, user-friendly, and high-performing experiences. Enhance User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI teams, gather user feedback, and implement improvements. Drive Data-Driven Insights: Track performance, analyze user behavior, and use insights to continuously optimize channels. Proven track record of leveraging data to create value-added digital services. Experience in service sales and software-based business models. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Commercial intuition, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
