DESCRIPTION APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop the infrastructure used to design and manufacture next generation, high-performance, power-efficient processor, system-on-chip (SoC). Support best in class tools and platforms to enable Apple designed silicon components. Run SPICE simulations on custom circuits to explore topologies and sizing. Create RTL modeling for SRAM and other custom circuits for cosimulations with other synthesized circuits. Summarize latest research papers from ISSCC and other journals/conferences. Collaborate with CPU and other departments to integrate and validate various circuits. Utilize modern CAD tools to synthesize, place and route the circuits from RTL to GOS. Participate in weekly update meetings and provide progress reports on different projects. Propose novel methodologies on different circuits to improve efficiency and save design effort. Generate documentations for methodologies and improved workflows. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,696 - $213,700/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent.
