Description
dialogues, prompts, and multi-turn conversational flows using Copilot Studio and PVA. Architect and implement knowledge grounding pipelines (ingestion, normalization, embedding, retrieval)Integrate and configure MCP servers (or equivalent management/control plane) for agent hosting, scaling, security, monitoring and backups. • implement embedding generation,,Establish CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices for Copilot agents: unit tests for prompts, automated regression tests, Canary rollouts. • Implement observability and analytics (latency, accuracy, grounding coverage, user satisfaction, drift) and iterate on agent behavior using telemetry. • Drive security & compliance: data handling, PII redaction, access controls, model usage governance and audit trails. • Mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and work cross-functionally with product, UX, security and data teams. Required qualifications (must-have) • • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (agent creation, topic design, prompt workflows) and Power Virtual Agents (PVA). • Practical experience provisioning, configuring and managing MCP servers (deployment, scaling, logging, authentication). • Proven track record creating and managing topics, multi-turn dialogues, and intent/slot modeling.• Strong experience designing and implementing knowledge grounding (content ingestion, normalization, embeddings, semantic search / retrieval). • Experience integrating external tools and APIs into conversational agents (action handlers, webhooks, authentication flows). • Solid programming skills (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#) and experience with REST APIs and microservices. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management for conversational AI sys tems.• Preferred qualifications (nice-to-have) • Experience with Azure services (Azure Cognitive Search, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Functions, Blob Storage)
