Description
Collaborate with functions such as Customer Care, Sales Training, and Merchandising, as well as divisions and regions, to coordinate commercialization and launch plans. Maintain and manage the Digital Commerce onboarding “playbook” to support global adoption and consistency. Act as liaison with divisional commercialization managers, incorporating divisional priorities into CoE initiatives. Monitor and drive customer engagement with the platform; provide input into analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate progress to management and stakeholders through scheduled updates and ad-hoc reporting. Stay current with B2B industry best practices in commercialization by participating in relevant conferences and seminars. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Commercialization, or related function. Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions and regions. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities in an evolving business environment.
