Make the difference as Digital Communication Channels Manager Your key responsibilities: Platform governance & strategy Own and manage internal digital platforms (intranet, internal social tools) and selected external environments (career site, corporate news). Develop and implement the digital media strategy, safeguarding governance, compliance, and usability. Enablement & support Provide frameworks, workflows, and toolkits; train and coach users worldwide (including communicators, HR, and leadership teams); serve as first-line support for content contributors. User experience & optimization Monitor usability and searchability, analyze feedback and behavior, and collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and vendors to improve UX, integration, and functionality. Analytics & reporting Define and track KPIs, analyze engagement and user behavior, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Cross-functional collaboration Partner with global and local communicators, Brand, Content, and Digital Marketing, and align technical developments and content governance with HR, IT, and Marketing. Join a collaborative, international team You will report to the Global Manager Communications and work closely with colleagues in branding, content, HR, IT, and digital marketing. While you won’t have direct reports, you will play a pivotal role in enabling and supporting colleagues worldwide. Our environment is dynamic, global, and focused on innovation and collaboration. What you bring Master’s degree (WO) level or equivalent, with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience. Proven experience managing and optimizing digital communication platforms and content management systems. Knowledge of UX, analytics, governance, privacy, and accessibility. Strong communication and coaching skills; able to train, inspire, and guide colleagues across cultures. Experience in stakeholder management and working in an international setting. Analytical skills to translate data and feedback into visible improvements. Affinity with employee engagement and digital innovation.
