We are currently recruiting for an innovative and driven Digital Communications & Social Media Manager for our 5* hotel. This is a full time role based on property. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of digital literacy across CMS,CRM, social media tools and content creation platforms. You will be a highly creative thinker with a proactive approach to the role and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be comfortable analysing data, turning insights into actions. You’ll be confident, polished and professional, representing a 5 star luxury brand. You will enjoy thinking outside of the norm and exploring new ways to tell a story through digital media. Your communication skills will be second to none.

Responsibilities

As Digital Communications & Social Media Manager you will lead the digital presence of Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa across all relevant platforms: You will develop and implement digital strategies that enhance visibility, drive engagement and contribute to the hotel’s commercial success.
Key responsibilities include managing the website, overseeing digital campaigns. CRM/database management and executing a compelling social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Less than 30 minutes from Chippenham, Stroud, Tetbury and Cirencester, we are commutable from many locations in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bath & Bristol.
