Responsibilities
  • Shaping and executing the internal communications strategy for Vodafone Ireland.
  • Creating and delivering high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, presentations, and written communications, to support internal campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leading all creative aspects of major events from start to finish, including concept development, scripting, content creation, logistics coordination, and on-the-day execution to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Producing fast-turnaround video content—often shooting, editing, and delivering the final product within the same day—while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Researching and integrating the latest AI tools, automation, and interactive trends to enhance digital communications and the employee experience.
  • Managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with Vodafone’s brand.
  • Creating visually compelling and engaging presentation assets for internal and external presenters.
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including SLT, Brand and Sponsorship, Foundation, Segment teams, and HR, to provide communication strategy support.
