As an Digital Concierge Agent, you will be part of the resort’s Back of House Support Center — the communication and coordination hub connecting all departments. You’ll handle guest requests, manage internal service flows, and ensure that all communications are processed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with teams across the resort, you’ll help deliver the seamless, guest-focused service that defines Mar-Bella Collection. Responsibilities Act as a central point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience Provide tailored assistance with guest requests — from in-house reservations to dining, activities, and excursions Manage guest communications across multiple platforms (email, phone, app, WhatsApp) while maintaining high service standards Work closely with internal departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, etc.) to resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain detailed and accurate guest profiles, documenting preferences, requests, and feedback to deliver customized experiences. Collaborate closely with the department’s manager and team members to ensure smooth operations and consistently high guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and proactively take action to enhance their stay and exceed expectations. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management or communications preferred Prior experience in hospitality operations or a guest service coordination role; previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Contact Center preferred Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and support team objectives Analytical and organizational skills, with experience in workflow management or service tracking systems preferred Exceptional communication skills, fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are an asset) Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure High level of technological literacy and adaptability to new digital tools or systems Strong customer focus combined with operational discipline and follow-through Positive and proactive attitude, supporting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Mar-Bella Collection offers: Competitive compensation package On-going training opportunities Accommodation ( if necessary) Meals within the premises Working uniform (and its cleaning)
