Manage the roll out and implementation of BIM within a client organisation, across a programme of works and at project level Manage the communication of BIM strategy, documentation & workflows to stakeholders Interface with clients, design teams and contractors implementing BIM methodologies and best practice from strategy level through to project delivery Conduct assurance reviews and clash detection of design models Analyse project data against requirements Input into digital risk identification and mitigation Interface with clients, design teams and contractors implementing BIM methodologies and guide best practice Research and evaluate the potential application of new and emerging technologies Able to work alone or in high performance teams Support others and providing training on use of BIM Models and digital technologies Qualifications Good understanding of ISO19650 and other BIM-related Standards CCBM (preferred) or other BIM Certification Experience of advising on BIM & implementing onto projects Working knowledge of development and management of BIM documentation Working knowledge of a Common Data Environment and related software Experience with using 3D Modelling/Review software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri etc Understanding of project/programme delivery environment including PMO 5 ~ 10 years of relevant experience is required Good communication & stakeholder management skills, self-motivated, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Additional Information Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter Instagram LinkedIn It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
