Job Description ABOUT THIS JOB Digital Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging and effective online learning materials, courses, and modules to enhance the educational experience for our audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about instructional design, stays current with e-learning trends, and possesses a strong blend of creative and technical skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and update e-learning content based on the input from subject matter experts, including courses, modules, assessments, and multimedia elements, ensuring alignment with instructional goals and learning objectives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and advise on instructional strategies that enhance the learning experience – evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content, propose and implement enhancements to improve learner engagement and outcomes. Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks on e-learning content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to established standards. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, simulations, and interactive activities, to create engaging and interactive e-learning experiences. Utilize e-learning authoring tools and software to create and publish content. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the e-learning industry, including AI-powered automation tools for translations and materials creation. Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines. Provide regular updates on the progress and milestones. QUALIFICATIONS 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content. Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., easygenerator, Articulate 360, AI-based creation tools) Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively about educational content Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently. High fluency or advanced level of English (C1). Openness to cooperating with dispersed teams and working across time zones.
