MARKETING & CREATIVE SPECIALIST

Location: Red Bank, NJ – In-House Position
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with a strong creative eye, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across digital platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in email marketing, graphic design, website management, and social media
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and strategies
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns
• Design graphics for social media, website, and promotional materials
• Update and maintain website content and layout
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with the team on creative ideas and marketing initiatives
