About The Role:
The Digital Content Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate messages, enhance brand identity, and engage target audiences. They will work with various media and collaborate with other teammates to ensure that the final design aligns with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design and produce visual content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital ads, including graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, and infographics.
  • Design Updates and Revisions: Assist with making updates or revisions to existing design assets based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Social Media Assets: Develop engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms to drive engagement and promote brand identity.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring visual elements align with company guidelines and overall brand strategy.
  • Creative Input: Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas and perspectives to enhance company objectives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic motion graphics or animations to enhance video content, social media posts, or digital ads.
  • Content Optimization: Optimize content for different platforms and audiences, adjusting formats, file sizes, and visual styles as necessary.
  • Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms, ensuring videos are aligned with brand standards.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including organizing assets, managing project timelines, and tracking design requests.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics creation.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Organized with a proactive approach to administrative tasks and project management.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed throughout the year.
