The Role
As our Digital Content Manager, you’ll spearhead the creation and execution of digital content strategies that boost engagement, elevate brand visibility, and drive leads—all while working closely with clients to bring their vision to life online. Partnering with our marketing team, you’ll deliver impactful content across digital platforms, ensuring every piece aligns with client goals and deepens their trust in us.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute tailored digital content strategies, including blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content
- Oversee digital content calendars to ensure consistency and alignment with client campaign objectives
- Work alongside designers, marketers, and digital strategists to produce engaging, high-performing online content that reflects client priorities
- Optimise digital content for SEO, leveraging best practices to enhance client brand rankings and organic reach
- Use analytics tools to evaluate digital content performance, sharing insights with clients and refining strategies for maximum impact
- Support client-driven inbound marketing efforts with compelling landing pages, lead magnets, and automated email sequences
- Provide detailed client reports, highlighting digital content effectiveness and offering strategic recommendations to enhance their online presence
- Innovate with fresh digital content ideas and formats, staying ahead of industry trends while meeting client needs
The Successful Applicant
Our ideal Digital Content Manager will bring a strong background in digital content creation, a strategic mindset, and a talent for fostering client relationships. You’ll excel at blending creativity with client-focused solutions, ensuring every digital touchpoint strengthens their confidence in our agency.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in digital content marketing, copywriting, or online marketing
- Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles and how digital content fuels lead generation for clients
- Expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Ability to analyse digital performance metrics and translate insights into client-centric improvements
- Exceptional communication skills, with the versatility to adapt your writing style for diverse client audiences and industries
- Experience managing multiple client projects and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Agency experience (desirable but not essential)
