Description

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN CONTENT CREATION, SEO, AND EMAIL MARKETING.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Content Manager who can own our content strategy from creation to distribution. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical SEO knowledge, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate will be skilled at writing and editing blog content, building and managing email campaigns, and developing SEO-friendly content that drives traffic, engagement, and leads.
This is a doer role—you will be actively writing, optimizing, and launching campaigns, not just overseeing the process.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit blogs, website copy, and marketing materials with SEO best practices in mind.
  • Manage the company’s content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
  • Optimize web and blog content for SEO, ensuring keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and technical compliance.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to inform new content ideas.
  • Collaborate with design, paid media, and web teams to align content with marketing campaigns.
  • Track and report on content performance using analytics tools (GA4, GSC, email platform reports).
  • Continuously refine strategy to improve open rates, CTR, rankings, and conversions.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in content management, copywriting, and editing.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, HighLevel, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO development and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to write engaging blog content tailored to both audiences and search engines.
  • Familiarity with GA4, GSC, keyword research tools, and content optimization platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k) matching
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off

Application Question(s):

  • Can you share links to blog posts, web pages, or articles you’ve personally written or edited?
  • Have you ever implemented a content strategy that improved organic traffic? If yes, what was the result?
  • What analytics tools do you use to measure content performance?
  • How do you determine if a piece of content or campaign was successful?
