QUALIFICATIONS

· Post secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field is preferred.
· In depth level of knowledge of marketing principles and practices to increase brand awareness
· Able to drive and has own vehicle.
· Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in similar role.

Responsibilities

ROLE:

This important role will be responsible for social media content and email marketing, which are 2 key segments of the digital marketing for Lammle’s Western Wear and our associated brands of LW Ranch, Lammle’s Workwear and Lammle’s Corporate. This role will oversee the execution of social media networks including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google and TikTok. Also, this role will oversee the execution of email marketing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Social Media:
- Oversee the execution of social media including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, GoogleBusiness and TikTok. The job includes content planning, creating & producing, scheduling & posting, audience engagement & customer service and data analysis.
- Develop content based on the company strategy to increase audience engagement and web traffic online. Follow the content calendar and policies for brand and social media guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Content creation requires video and photography skills, editing, creativity, excellent copywriting, technical knowledge of platforms and trend awareness.
· Email Marketing:
- Oversee the execution of email marketing to drive product sales.
- Using Klayviyo, the job includes planning, creating, posting and analyzing email marketing. There is also a technical and data element in managing the customer database, segments, A/B testing and reporting. Occasionally, it will be required to build automated flows or unique digital journeys.
- Be accountable to deliver results and meet KPI goals for metrics like click through rate. Leverage Klayviyo tools and email best practices to optimize results, such as segments, timing, A/B testing, product collections, etc.
- Work closely with the eCommerce Manager, following requirements to align digital customer journeys.
· Additional content creation as needed such as blogs, articles for partners, material for event promotion, etc.
· Manage projects in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Monitor social media and email results and report on results.
· Support other miscellaneous marketing projects as required, such as photoshoots, ecommerce support, special events like the Calgary Stampede and instore events.
