Technical Skills: Learn to use advanced studio equipment and broadcast software (we provide full training) to make sure every live transition is perfect. The Ideal Profile: Charisma and Energy We value raw talent and how you look on camera. If you have the charisma, we will give you the international stage to show it off. Language Skills: You must speak Russian at a native or near-native level. You also need basic English (B1/B2) for talking with the rest of the company. Captivating Presence: You are naturally good at holding an audience's attention and staying very enthusiastic during live shows. Work Schedule: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a rotating shift schedule (including days, nights, and weekends). Legal Papers: You must have the legal right to work in the EU (such as an EU Passport or a valid Residence Permit).
