The On-Air Mission: Creating High-Quality Media As a digital presenter, you are the main link between live entertainment and a global audience. Your job is to create a polite, fun, and exciting atmosphere in real-time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Broadcast Excellence: You will host and lead high-energy, interactive live shows inside a modern, professional studio. Connecting with the Audience: You will build a professional and exciting relationship with Russian-speaking viewers to keep them interested and watching. Brand Quality: You will keep up the highest visual and work standards, making sure every live stream shows our brand's reputation for excellence. Technical Skills: You will learn to use advanced broadcast software and equipment (we teach you all of this) to make sure the video experience is smooth for users. THE IDEAL PROFILE: TALENT AND POTENTIAL We care most about raw talent and charm. If you have the right screen presence, we provide the international stage for you to shine on. Language Skills: You must speak Russian at a native level. You also need basic English (B1/B2 level) to talk and work with your teammates. Great Presence: You are naturally good at holding an audience's attention, staying very energetic, and looking polished and neat on camera. Work Schedule: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, which includes a 24/7 rotating shift schedule (days, nights, and weekends). Work Papers: You must already have the legal right to work in the EU (an EU Passport or a valid Residence Permit). Your Background: Past experience in the arts, luxury service, or public speaking is a big plus, but having a professional and positive attitude is most important.
