Job Description As a pivotal member of the 3AW team, you will drive digital audience growth by creating high-impact video, graphic, and written content. You will bridge the gap between live radio and digital platforms, ensuring our most compelling stories reach our community across social media, web, our app and podcasts. Day to day you will: Produce and distribute engaging digital content for 3AW’s app and website, and social channels. Capture breaking news and showcase premium audio highlights across all digital platforms. Collaborate with radio production teams to ideate and create innovative digital assets. Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Omny and Brandwatch to track audience patterns. Share actionable insights with program teams to optimise content reach and engagement. Maintain exceptional editorial standards by ensuring all content is accurate and timely. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across production and engineering. What you'll bring: Advanced technical skills in video and graphic editing using Adobe Suite and Canva. A deep understanding of social media strategies and platforms. Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to a high-standard of publishing. The ability to thrive and remain composed within a fast-paced, live news environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.
