Job Description We are looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Consultant to join a communication project focused on managing and enhancing institutional digital channels. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven professional with strong writing skills and a passion for digital communication, social media, and content strategy. Project Overview You will be part of a communication initiative dedicated to the creation, management, and publication of digital content across multiple institutional channels, including social media platforms, websites, portals, and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, manage, and publish digital content across: Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Institutional websites Portals and mobile applications Produce institutional content and news articles Plan editorial calendars and schedule publications Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics Apply SEO best practices and UX Writing principles Use content management and automation tools Ensure consistency in communication and high editorial standards Tools & Technologies Social Media Management Meta Ads Manager Meta Business Suite Later Content Management: CMS platforms Microsoft Office Analytics & SEO Google Analytics SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs – valued) Keyword research and on-page SEO UX Writing User-centred content creation Focus on clarity, accessibility, and usability Generative AI Experience using AI tools for content creation Ability to optimize prompts and automate workflows Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation Excellent writing and storytelling skills Strong knowledge of social media and digital ecosystems Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Team-oriented with good communication skills Nice to Have Training in UX Writing Certification in SEO Google Analytics certification Additional Information On-site role (mandatory) Standard working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
